Minds in the Dynamic Corporate Environment

 

As being in today’s generation, when people hear about somebody working in an Executive Office Chairs position, or in a Mesh Chairs rank, they indeed either applaud or talk about the dynamic pace of the corporate world. We, the current generation of students, always imagine ourselves sitting in such Executive Office Chairs, as it is now considered as a lifestyle. We are the ones with great minds and the eagerness to fulfill our dreams; we are the ones who are ready to bet anything to accomplish what we desire. Over the years we have been studying the histories of geniuses who changed the world with their discoveries which no one thought was possible, but they did it because they were confident in themselves. We are also quite similar yet we lack the creativity which they had just because of one reason and that is the education system.

Year by year our creative minds are pushed and suppressed so much that it runs out of existence and we again start running by the code of conduct of the corporate world. Each year as we move to a higher class our size of books and the number of books increase whereas our creative ideas , ideology , thoughts decrease because by this time we are transformed upon believing upon the rules of the corporate world and if we do not follow we are left behind , a fear so great that we doubt ourselves and lock the creativity and here we are , WELCOME TO THE CORPORATE WORLD which runs by a simple cycle which is , you study hard , get into a good college , again you study hard , get into a good university , then you get a job , you earn money , you get married , you have kids , and then again the cycle starts repeating itself.

Over the years peoples brain has been manipulated to follow this cycle, it has been brainwashed to the extent that a individual is so scared to pursue his dream that , he will let go his dream and start working hard to fall into the trap of the corporate world cycle . It is said Fear is what can make you or break you. Just like the number of people falling into the trap , there are a few people who manage not to fall into the trap and that people are the ones who are successful not because they escaped the trap but because they worked hard towards their dream not towards the corporate world.

Often we have heard from our elders sharing their experiences and taunting us about the lack of experiences because of the birth of technology , and i totally agree with them , but yet there is one factor that is benefitting us and that is the number of opportunity we have today , we may lack in real life experiences but we certainly have the benefit of opportunity today , we can access anything or gain any knowledge about anything within seconds because of the evolution of technology and the existence of internet .

Today being intelligent is not enough, you also need to be smart to be 1 step ahead of everyone, because it is said, Today's Students are tomorrow's leaders.
