2. Drink lots of water

Drinking water to lose weight and reach your fitness goals is one of the easiest things you can do. It not only flushes all the waste in your body, it boosts your day to day performance helping in extra calorie burn. Water helps in the development of muscles and brain functioning which makes you healthy. Always stay hydrated.

3. Consume healthy fats and control carbs

Don’t think that fats are just poison for your body, when you can't use the extra energy, it stores that energy in the form of fat. But for your health, you can consume healthy fats like dry fruits, nuts, peanut butter, etc. the major area of work is to control calories deficit. Don’t overeat your carbs and maintain a calorie deficit.

4. Walk 5-10 minutes after every 2 hours of sitting

You just have to work for 5-10 minutes after sitting for a long time. This will maintain your metabolism and gradually will increase your metabolism rate. Means you could eat more and still won’t gain fat.

5. Keep a minimum gap of 2 hours between eating and sleeping

The food you consume takes oxygen and energy for the digestion process. If you eat food and go to bed immediately, your body will be busy digesting that food and won't work to burn fat and improve the quality of sleep. It is always recommended to keep a gap of minimum 2 hours.

6. Do meditation and practice yoga

Meditation and yoga at least 15-30 minutes a day has enormous benefits. It will improve your brain functioning, improve your flexibility and help burn more calories. It will boost up your personality as well.
