Oftenly we hear people complaining that they are not able to concentrate because of sitting in a chair for hours. ● Make a tight fist with your
right hand.

How

● Try holding it so steady that

● Maintaining this, hold your gaze
on the water’s brim for a few minutes.
● Repeat it with the left arm.
● Slowly increase your time limit.
How
to develop concentrated attention?
1.Listen
to your heartbeat!

I’m not asking you to get a stethoscope!
● Sit or lie down.
● Relax yourself completely.
● Hold your entire focus on your
heartbeat.
● Imagine how it is pumping blood
to different organs of your body.
Gradually,
with practice, you’ll literally feel the blood flowing throughout your body.
That day will bring you success to “concentrate within”.
2.Control
your facial muscles and eyes! Sounding weird? It's not.
● Stand before a mirror and mark
two dots on the reflection of your eyes.
● Keep yourself still and steady.
Look long at the dots without blinking your eyes.
● Think about nothing else and see
your reflection as a reliable person.
Soon,
you’ll actually become reliable. Thus controlling your facial muscles and eyes,
you'll grab everyone’s attention.
3.Follow
the second hand of the clock! Relax! I’m not asking you to literally chase time!
● Be seated.
● Put a clock before you.
● Now follow the second hand as it
ticks around.
● Switch away all other thoughts
and focus on this task for a minimum of five minutes.
That's
very hard since it’s so boring! But you must do it for your own sake.
4.
Go for “Pranayama” and meditation. “Pranayam” is an Eastern breathing-exercise. How to do
it?
● Sit straight.
● Shut the right nostril and
inhale slowly through your left nostril on a count of ten.
● Shut the left nostril and exhale
through the right nostril, again counting ten.
● Now repeat it in reverse order
with the other nostril.
● Do it 15 times per sitting.
Otherwise
do simple meditation for at least fifteen minutes. Soon you’ll see the results
yourself!
